Cranberry Apple Chutney 
- 1 12oz package cranberries
- 2 medium granny smith apples peeled and diced
- 1 medium onion diced
- 1 ¼ cups sugar
- 1 ½ cups water
- ½ cup golden raisins
- ½ cup brown sugar packed
- ¼ cup cider vinegar
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp ground ginger
- 1/8 tsp allspice
- ½ cup walnuts toasted
- Combine water and granulated sugar and cook over high heat. Boil 3 minutes
- Add all ingredients except nuts and bring to a boil
- Reduce heat, and simmer uncovered for 20 minutes or until very thick, stirring occasionally
- Let cool
- Stir in Topasted walnuts
- Refrigerate for up to 14 days
